FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Where are you located?
I currently split my time between London, England, and Toulouse, France. I shoot regularly in cities in both the UK and France. I also travel internationally for Destination Sessions several times a year, so almost any location is possible.
Q. Are you/will you come to where I live for a Destination Session? How about where I am going on vacation?
A. If a plane, train, car, or boat can get me there, I’m probably up for it. Rates vary based on travel costs and my current availability and schedule. Please feel free to get in touch and we can chat about it.
Q. Can I bring a someone to my shoot?
A. You can, but in general I discourage it. I would prefer that if you bring someone along, it is your BFF or someone you feel very comfortable around. If you are bringing your best girlfriend or sister, please consider booking a shoot for her too – it’s a great thing to do together, and I’d be happy to give you a little discount if we can get you both in on the same day.
Here are the rules I won’t compromise on: please do not bring a frenemy, your boss, or anyone you would not trust with photographs of you in lingerie. Also, please don’t bring anyone you are romantically involved with unless it’s a couple’s shoot. The process of boudoir photography is a lot less sexy than the end result, and having a partner on set is a big distraction for everyone. Your significant other is more than welcome to drop you off, make sure you settle in okay, deliver flowers/lunch mid-shoot, and pick you up afterwards. He or she is also welcome at your final image reveal, and can help you pick albums, wall art, etc.
Q. I don’t know where to find lingerie that will fit me/suit me. What I should wear for a boudoir shoot? Can you help?
A. Yes, absolutely. Every client receives a detailed lingerie guide with some general wardrobe planning tips, my favourite brands, suggestions for larger cup sizes, and practical lingerie shopping tips. If you indicate that this is an area you may struggle with, or if you have something particular you’re looking for, I’ll be happy to help you individually as well.
Q. I’m very plus size/curvy. Can you work with me?
A. Absolutely. I’d love to. Please see this page for more info.
Q. Can you explain your privacy options?
A. Client privacy is super important to me. The main thing to know at this stage is that complete and total privacy is always an option, and I’d be happy to discuss your preferences in detail. If you choose to share some or all of your images, you will always have an opportunity to say exactly what you are and are not comfortable with in terms of which images are shared, how they are used, and whether or not your name is attached. I completely understand the excitement to show off the results of your shoot, and the desire to inspire other women to give it a go. On the other hand, I also understand the many varied reasons why you may want or need to keep your images private. There is no pressure or financial incentive from me either way. I want you to be 100% comfortable, and I’m happy with whatever makes you happy. I work with all sorts of women, everyone from the strictly religious to nude art models, so you’re welcome whatever your situation.
Q. How much do you charge?

Q. Can I watch one of your shoots?
A. Generally no, shoots are private for obvious reasons. If you’re an aspiring boudoir photographer or an aspiring model, you’re welcome to book in for a 1-1 workshop or portfolio session.
Q. Do you offer boudoir photography workshops/mentorships/training?
A. I don’t do any group workshops or online trainings currently, but I do offer 1-1 boudoir workshops. You can find details on that here.
Q. I’m an aspiring plus size model, can you help me build a portfolio?

Q. Do you shoot nudes?
A. Tasteful ones, yes.
Q. Do you photograph men?
A. I offer couple’s boudoir shoots, and I have worked with a handful of male models in the past, but I specialise in showcasing the female form. At this time, I am not accepting commissions for male nudes, and I would suggest that there are other photographers better placed to take commissions for solo male boudoir photography sessions. That said, I happily work with all members of the LGBTQ community. If you’re a serious inquiry and wish to be photographed in a feminine aesthetic/style similar to the women you see on my website and blog, I’d love to work with you.
